Collecting the Account with R.C.S.

In most cases, it takes more than one call to collect an account. So we diligently apply the R.C.S. methodology -- Research, Call, and Schedule each account to achieve payment in full. The debtor is contacted as often as necessary to secure payment, and each call is handled with the dignity and consideration of the initial contact. When circumstances warrant, we make provision for installment arrangements. The decision to pursue litigation is always at the client's discretion.

We know that success depends on having the finest professional talent and the highest performance standards. Our thorough training program and constant monitoring of collection activities ensure that all personnel meet Rickart standards, as well as those set by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Comprehensive Reports

You are kept informed about the status of your accounts with these standard reports. Additional client defined reports and report writer customized reports are available upon request.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT - Confirms placements and accuracy. Lists by debtor, account number, and balance.

PROGRESS/INVENTORY REPORT - Lists all active/inactive accounts, placement date, original balance, payments, current balance, calls/letters, and status.

MONTH/BATCH ANALYSIS - Displays listed accounts, adjustments, recalled/returned accounts, settled/paid-in-full accounts, collections, collection fees, average age of accounts, and recovery percentage by month and on a cumulative basis.

CLIENT STATEMENT - Indicates who paid, how much, agency fee, current balance. Separate statements available: Direct Payments, NSF Payments, Court Costs.

RETURNED ACCOUNT REPORT - Notifies you of accounts that have been canceled from our system.
